Mark Crossley has joined Middlesborough on free transfer from Nottingham Forest.

 Paul Jones returns.
Paul Jones is now back in training and has targeted Wales' match against Belarus in September for a return to action. He has been out since April after undergoing back and knee surgery.

I worked hard for my Welsh place and I don't want to lose it. My aim is to play regularly again for Southampton so that I can start for Wales in Belarus next September.
