Jack Jones (midfield) Wrexham U16's next season, has followed in the footsteps of Nathan Craig (Everton), Gerwyn Jones (Tranmere), James Owen (Chester), to become the 4th member of the highly succesful Caernarfon based Segontium Rovers U15 side to be signed by League Clubs.

Segontium manager, Rod Holroyd said "As much as we dont like to see Jack leaving, I knew it was a matter of time before someone snapped him up, and I know that Steve Cooper at Wrexham will bring the best out of him. We wish jack all the best for the future, and hope he can become the 4 th Youth International to emerge from one age group."

Goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey's who missed the latest round of U-21 matches is on the mend according to wolves.co.uk.

The youngster who is looking to be back for the pre-season said: "I don't even know if I would have got a game but it's great just being involved with the squad. We were preparing for the game in Estonia when I hurt my knee whilst diving for the ball. I knew it was bad because I couldn't straighten my leg properly. I've already started to do some work in the gym and now my focus is on being fit enough to start pre-season training when the rest of the lads return to Compton Park at the end of next month."
