"I am going to need treatment on a couple of injuries I've picked up in recent weeks and need to get over, I've not trained for a while and I'm glad for the rest because it means I can do some work in the gym with the physios. So Collison gets called up after not being put on the stand-by list? What was he being punished for? Shouldn't he have been punished by being put on the stand-by list, then when he was called up (i.e. now) it wouldn't look like such backtracking? And if one of our 2 CBs withdraws, surely Gabs gets called up before Bristol City reserve, Wilson. So he should be on the stand-by list as well. Wooly thinking and mixed messages and not a word of clarification from our glorious leader (if he's staying, which he might be, or he might not - who knows?) Is this farce ever going to end?
