Nathan Broadhead, Dylan Levitt, Terry Taylor and Ben Williams all called up after being with the senior squad in Portugal in May 2019.
Terry Taylor is currently injured but is expected to be fit for Wolves this coming weekend.
Both George Ratcliffe, Cameron Coxe and Mark Harris were involved in the Cardiff senior squad training camp in May 2019.
