Billy O'Brien (Man City - goalkeeper) And the U18's pulled off a big win in Spain against Atletico Madrid in the inaugural UEFA Youth League.  The Wales U19 international made several smart saves as the Blues kept a clean sheet in their 1-0 win.

Chris Dawson (Leeds - midfielder) Skippered the development side as they drew 1-1 with Barnsley on Monday afternoon.  The Wales U21 midfielder is slowly finding form after a shoulder injury.

"I just want to push on now and get myself a few goals and look to get fitter and stronger." Chris Dawson

Paul Dummett (Newcastle - defender) Started as the Magpies welcomed Aston Villa to the North East.  Dummett played 90 minutes in the 1-0 win and was nearly on the score sheet as his shot went narrowly over the bar.

Chike Khandi (Chelsea - striker) Was on trial with Blackburn U18's last weekend as they took on Man City.  Khandi was his sides only scorer - reacting quickest to turn in a shot that hit the post.

Sam Jones (Leicester - defender) Played 90 minutes as the U18's beat WBA 1-0 last weekend.  Jones seems to be picking up regular game time since leaving the Man City academy.

Conor Lemonheigh-Evans (Bristol City - striker) & Joe Morrell (Bristol City - midfielder) Were back on U21 duty this week as they started against Brighton in Sussex.  The game finished 1-1.

Morgan Fox (Charlton - defender) Made his debut as The Addicks travelled to Sheffield Wednesday in the FA cup firth round replay at Hillsborough.  Fox played 90 minutes as Charlton advanced to face Sheffield Utd in the next round.

Dominic Smith (Shrewsbury - defender) This week signed his first professional contract at the club.  Smith has been in and around the first team squad all season and was on the bench last weekend as they beat Notts County 3-2.

"It is a credit to the lads themselves, their families and to the youth department who have provided these players environment in which to develop." Mike Jackson, Shrewsbury Town manager

George Williams (Fulham - striker) Made another appearance for the U21's as they drew 0-0 with Stoke on Friday afternoon.  Williams stepped off the subs bench after 50 minutes.

Jordan Williams (Liverpool - defender) was involved as the U18's beat Wolves 1-0 last weekend.  Williams has made a strong comeback from a serious knee injury and could well find himself in the Wales squad when they play in the next stage of the UEFA U19 tournament.
