UNDER 21 2013
Wales has been drawn in Group 3 for the 2013 UEFA Under 21 Qualifiers.

Group 3 nations:

Czech Republic, Armenia, Montenegro, Andorra and Wales.

Group matches can start in March 2011.

"It is a very tough group, but I am sure that we can stand a good chance of qualifying. I am pleased that we did not have a six team group, and we have experience of playing in some of these countries recently at different age levels.

Always an exciting time, we now need to show that the next generation of Wales players can go that extra step to a finals."
- Wales Intermediate teams manager, Brian Flynn.

Wales fixtures:
Tuesday 29.03.2011. Andorra v Wales
Tuesday 06.09.2011. Montenegro v Wales
Saturday 08.10.2011. Wales v Montenegro
Tuesday 11.10.2011. Wales v Czech Republic
Tuesday 15.11.2011. Armenia v Wales
Wednesday 29.02.2012. Wales v Andorra
Wednesday 15.08.2012. Wales v Armenia
Monday 10.09.2012. Czech Republic v Wales.

Competition structure
With Israel automatically qualifying for the finals in June 2013 as hosts, the remaining 52 teams were drawn into ten groups, eight with five sides and two with six, with the nations allocated to five draw pots in accordance with their coefficient ranking.

Group stage matches will be played according to a standard, home and away, league system, kicking off on 25 March this year and concluding with the final games on 10 September 2012. The ten group winners and four best runners-up will move on to the following month's play-offs, with the winners of those seven two-legged ties joining Israel in the final tournament. -

Players are eligible to play in the 2011-2013 UEFA European Under-21 Championship if they were born on or after 1 January 1990
