The first defeat in Group 3 for Brian Flynn’s Under 21 side against Bosnia & Herzegovina in Sarajevo. Despite the loss the Under 21s remain top with two games to play.

There is and injury doubt over Shaun MacDonald (dead leg whilst playing over the weekend). If he is fit and plays he will break the Under 21 cap record (22 caps), beating James Thomas. The pitch is reported as poor in Sarajevo, with the squad in good spirits and looking forward to the game.



Brian Flynn, has named a revised 20 man squad for the trip to Sarajevo.

Brian Flynn, will name the Under 21 squad for the UEFA Qualifier against Bosnia-Herzegovina on Friday 30th October.

The squad will include several 'senior' Under 21 players. A final squad of 20 players will travel to Sarajevo on Monday 16th November for the game on Wednesday 18th.
