Two first half goals condemned the U-21's to yet another defeat in Drammen. A dominant and strong Norway took the lead on three minutes when Ludvigsen tapped home from close range. George made it 2-0 on the stroke half time when he drilled home a low shot after keeper David Walsh had been carried off.
