Not a great game to watch but there were a lot of positives to be taken out, especialy the way Carl Fletcher played, we could and should have won it, that was a definite handball by Riise, but, thats life, we didn`t lose which is what everybody expected. - Bully - Pwllheli

Hairy scary at times but nice to feel we could have nicked it as well - some may say the bench is looking better? others may be looking at the bench!! - Geraint Rowlands - Llanrug/Southampton

It was good to see mark Hughes with a smile on his face. A very encouraging team performance by a starting eleven with one less cap than Henning Berg. Collins was composed throughout. Delaney led the team with calm authority. Fletcher was busy in central midfield. Bellamy was lively up front and gave the Norwegians much to worry about. We badly missed a creative presence at free kicks and the delivery from the flanks could be improved, especially the low cross to feet, but the willingness of the young Welsh to run at the tall Norwegians throughout was commendable. John Charles would have smiled too from his lofty perch. How this Norway side had won six internationals in a row was very difficult to understand. Their approach work and finishing was slack, and they seemed unable to respond to the Welsh challenge with the same heart and bite. - Dick Skellington - Milton Keynes

Great result, everyone gave 100%. effort, commitment and attitude were spot on. selection headache for sparky for the canada game? - John Bop - Bagillt

It was not a pretty match in the first half. Both teams cancelling each other out, but there was more of a positive reaction in the second half when wales came out more comfortable on the ball and had a more confident vibe to them. We should have won the game with 3 clear cut chances, but the same could be said of Norway in the first. Overall a pleasing encounter for the Welsh, just what was needed to see our second string side's capabilities. Hopefully build on this result on Sundays game with Canada, with Ryan Giggs and Jason Koumas hopefully making the set pieces and creative play more of a threat to the opposition. Chwarae Teg - Ayresman - Cheltenham

Not the best of matches to watch but the boys stiil done the job. paul parry look a good replacement for giggs for the first two world cup qu games. the patnership of danny and james collins is looking good for welsh football.... all the best boys and sparky. - Mark Williams - Cwmbran

Good result but rubbish game. looking good welsh soccers future is but i think norway tore us apart but couldnt finish it off. sort ure midfield hughes......... - Kris Robins - Newport
